To celebrate Pride Month 2019, we wanted to pay tribute to Marsha P. Johnson. The P stands for “Pay It No Mind.” She was a Black transwoman who was a gay liberation and AIDS activist and prominent figure in the Stonewall Uprising of 1969. She co-founded S.T.A.R. with Sylvia Rivera. ALL Black Lives Matter!
